“No Worries” Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. There are exceptions to this period on a case-by-case basis. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. However, you may receive store credit for up to 60 days.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee may apply if the product is not in its original condition.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Harmonicas, microphones, strings, cleaning supplies, and other products that may be exposed to potential hygiene concerns.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Special orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The store should also have a copy in the event you misplaced your receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. One of our staff members will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you meet the store return policy guidelines, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Customers may exchange items or receive store credit within 60 days as long as the item is in the same
condition it was purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
